
Curtis (Chip) Savoye

Mr. Savoye has over forty years of experience in railroad operations and logistics. He began his career as a locomotive engineer, working through various positions of increasing responsibilities to director of automotive terminals with Consolidated Rail Corporation. Mr. Savoye left the railroad industry during mergers and consolidations, and gained ten years of logistic experience managing Chrysler’s finished vehicle network out of Auburn Hills, Michigan. In 2013 Mr. Savoye took a position as vice president of operations for the Richmond Pacific Rail Corporation managing 20,000 carloads annually in a terminal operating environment. He has provided consulting services since his retirement in December of 2019.
